It’s March! Time for a spring clean – not just around the house, but within ourselves as well. Grab your duster and let’s reset both our spaces and our hearts.
Which will you prioritise this month: a thorough cleaning of your home or a deep cleaning of your heart? By now, you know I’m all about nurturing the heart.
Don’t you want to let go of the emotional clutter? Free yourself once and for all. If you truly love yourself, you won’t keep living with the junk in your heart. We all want to live in a clean, well-kept home, so why not take the same approach to your heart? Let go of the resentment, envy, hatred, jealousy, and wrong beliefs that trap us emotionally.
So often, we prioritise cleaning our homes, cars, and offices, but what about our own internal space? No one can live in a messy house and claim to be well, and the same is true for your heart. The effort and intention we put into organising our physical spaces should match the effort we make in clearing out our emotional clutter.
Don’t tolerate it any longer. The negativity weighing on your heart is dragging you down, and it’s not benefiting you. It’s time to let go of everything: the bad, the ugly, and the emotional baggage we’ve been carrying for far too long.
Many people don’t realise that the dis-ease they feel in their bodies is often connected to the emotional baggage they’re holding onto. Out of love for yourself, it’s time to release it. Forgive yourself for harboring resentment, hatred, frustration, judgment, and envy.
Healing is possible, but it requires letting go to make space for peace.
If you hold onto resentment toward someone, it doesn’t affect them – it only harms you. It stirs turmoil within you, again and again. The only way to stop that cycle is to forgive yourself for keeping it inside for so long, release it, and find peace once more.
Become aware of what’s trapping you emotionally. Acknowledge it, take responsibility for it, and forgive yourself for holding onto it. Your heart wasn’t meant for stress, resentment, or jealousy. It was made for love, peace, harmony, and compassion.
Love yourself enough to clear out the emotional clutter and feel good again. It’s time to heal and live in peace.
With love,
Isabelle
