Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Order Processing Time 

Once you place an order with us, please allow 1 day for order processing before shipment. Our dedicated team will carefully prepare and pack your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Costs 

We strive to offer competitive shipping rates while maintaining the quality and reliability of our shipping services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase. 

Order Tracking 

To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also log in to your Meizon account to access the tracking information. 

Delivery 

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at hello@meizon.co.uk within 3 business days after receiving shipping. 

If your order has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, by sending us a picture. 

If possible, please record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bended products…) to the carrier when you receive your order. 

Please notes 

Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense. 

When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 

You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it’s not the problem of the quality. 

 

Refund policy 

Meizon.co.uk must be informed of your intention to return the item within the first 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return must be done within 28 days of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at  hello@meizon.co.uk (Please do not return your products before getting confirmation via email from us). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. ( Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at  hello@meizon.co.uk

Please note unless specified below all return is at the charge of the customer. 

Damaged in shipping or defective: Full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Shipping cost to send replacement item included. 

All refunds issued after item is received, processed, & inspected. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@meizon.co.uk
